Raising Legacy Academy ("we," "us," or "the App") is a Christian parenting guidance application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The Parenting Coach uses a third-party artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. When you submit a question, the text you enter is transmitted to that provider solely to generate a response and is not used by us to identify you publicly. We design the App to avoid sending information that directly identifies your child by name.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the App (such as cloud hosting, our AI provider, and Apple for subscription processing), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
The App is intended for use by parents and guardians (adults), not by children. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
