Welcome to Raising Legacy Academy ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Raising Legacy Academy provides faith-based parenting guidance, including Scripture-rooted insights, practical suggestions, prayers, and an AI-assisted Parenting Coach. The App is an educational and inspirational tool intended to support, not replace, your own judgment and professional advice.

2. Not Professional or Crisis Advice

The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or emergency services. Content is for general informational and spiritual encouragement only. If you or a child is experiencing a crisis, danger, abuse, self-harm, or a medical emergency, contact a licensed professional, your local emergency number, or an appropriate crisis line immediately. You are solely responsible for decisions you make regarding your family.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. The App is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions, including Legacy Plus and Legacy Elite tiers, in addition to free features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Prices are stated in the App and may vary by region.

5. AI-Generated Content

Parenting Coach responses are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You should use your own discernment and seek qualified help when appropriate. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or submit content that is harmful or violates the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Scripture quotations are used for educational and devotional purposes. You may use generated content for your own personal, non-commercial family use.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Apple-Required Terms (EULA)

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
